I made one experiment where I tried to repeat my bike route by walking, and it was a bit dangerous, but successful
I made one mistake because I went for a walk at 29 degrees. In my opinion, I picked the hottest time of the day around lunch. Also, I didn’t take water and didn’t cover my head. At first, when I walked across the forest, everything was okay. I didn’t feel anything unusual. I walked among the trees and enjoyed the shadows. But when I left the forest and walked around the open field under the sun, I felt that something happened to my fingers. My hands became red, and moving my fingers was a bit difficult. And I had a very strong feeling that I needed to drink water. Of course, it was unpleasant and a bit scary. I had never felt anything like that before.
Another important thing was sunscreen, which I almost forgot to apply. When I left home, I checked the UV index and realized I should come back and apply sunscreen. Fortunately, it was the right decision to return and apply sunscreen on my face, ears, and neck. If I hadn’t done it, I think I could have gotten sunburned easily, but luckily it didn’t happen. Also, I was wearing my headphones, and they completely overheated my ears. From time to time, I took them off while walking through the forest. When I reached the open area, I turned them off and just hung them around my neck because it wasn’t possible to use them anymore.
Luckily, I finished my walk successfully and safely, even though I made some mistakes. When I arrived home, drank three liters of water easily, and ate lunch, I felt much better. All those symptoms quickly disappeared, and I started to feel like myself again. Now I’m feeling good. I only have a bit of a headache that appeared closer to the evening.
