It’s my ninth day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I arrived at the international airport and I’m ready to leave the country
I’m just waiting for my flight near my gate

Today my morning started very early. I woke up at 4 AM, did my morning routine, and checked my belongings. After that, I left my room at 5:30 AM and called a taxi to the airport. Because it was so early in the morning, I could only take a taxi, and the price was 124,000 VND ($5). I arrived at the airport at approximately 6 AM and tried to go through customs control, but it was unsuccessful because the officer didn’t approve my online boarding pass. It was my first time experiencing this. So I went to the check-in area, checked in again, and got my real boarding pass.

It’s my eighth day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — my last day here, and I’m going to my final destination
A tiny, narrow street between the apartments. I took this photo near my apartment, just outside the lobby

Hey friends, today is August 30th, the last days of summer and the Republic of Tatarstan, my homeland, people are celebrating Republic Day. I also want to share about my summer. These months were very memorable for me because I visited several European and Asian countries. It was a really cool and useful experience. As for my plans, today I don’t have anything special because I already finished everything. I just need to pack my belongings, rest, and tomorrow early in the morning (at 5 AM) I’ll go to the airport.

It’s my seventh day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — today is Friday and it’s my last workday of the week
In my room, there’s also a respirator. I don’t know why—it might just be part of the interior design, or maybe someone forgot to take it with them

Today is my favorite day — Friday — and I’m so glad, because it’s the last workday of the week. Next week I’m going on vacation for two weeks. I think Friday is everyone’s favorite day because the weekend is coming. Well, a few words about my day and morning: this morning I woke up twice — first around 5 AM because it was raining, and the second time at 8 AM. After I woke up, I did my daily routine and then everything as usual. I watched or listened to my American show, made my plans, and continued with my daily routine.

It’s my sixth day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — I don’t have enough time for my planned routine
In my room, there is a board where everyone can leave a comment. I’ve already left my comment on this board

Hey there, I hope everything is well with you. I’m doing fine too, but I don’t have enough time and I can’t follow my plans on schedule. Today is already Thursday, and I still don’t have a hotel reservation or a stay permit for Singapore. I slept until 11 AM and spent almost the whole day. Today I really need to book a hotel and get my stay permit!

It’s my fifth day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — I took a vacation to go to Tatarstan, Kazan
I tried to watch the movie Mr. Bean using the projector in my room

Hey there, this morning it’s sunny and warm in Ho Chi Minh City. Today I woke up a little earlier than usual, around 9 AM, because I heard loud talking, and the worst part was that someone started drilling the walls. I didn’t want to sit in my room listening to that, so I decided to go for a walk and buy some groceries for my last few days here.

It’s my fourth day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — I had extremely spicy food, and I couldn’t eat it
I have a small bathroom with hygiene items such as soap, shampoo, body wash, and toothbrushes

This morning was very loud. First, it was raining heavily outside, and second, someone shot very loudly in the lobby. Naturally, I couldn’t sleep, so I woke up early, around 7 or 8 a.m. It was my first day in Asia when I woke up so early. Everything else was as usual — I did my morning routine and started working on my plans.

It’s my third day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and today marks the start of my last week here
This is my workspace where I can work. I hope it will be okay because the internet is really bad

Well, finally, my last week here has started, and I hope I can leave this country soon. I say this because I’m really tired of Asia and I want to leave. I’ve already been in Vietnam for about a month—I arrived on July 27. I don’t even know how the time passed so quickly.

It’s my second day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Today, I spent the whole day in my room working
Today, around 5 or 6 PM, I went for a walk near my building. I also bought a 5-liter bottle of water for 28,000 Vietnamese dong (about $1)

Last night, I worked all night and only went to bed at 4 AM. This morning, I woke up around 9 AM and immediately started my second freelance job. So today, I’ve only had about 5 hours of sleep. I think that’s enough because I feel good and I’m not sleepy. My goal is to finish the main tasks by 2 AM. If I can do that, I think I’ll have completed about 80–90%. In the next one or two days, I hope to finish everything.

It's my first day in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam — I just arrived
There’s a projector in my room for watching movies. Instead of it, I would prefer better internet

I'm already in Ho Chi Minh City, and right now I have mixed feelings. I can say this city is bigger than Da Nang, and there are ridiculous traffic jams. Also, I see more Halal cafes here, so I already ordered Egyptian food. If I talk about my room, then I can say only one thing: the internet is very bad. Right now, I don't know how I'll work here. Also, in my room, I have a projector for watching movies. I don't know if it's good or bad because this week I'll have enough time for movies.

Today is my twenty-eighth day in Da Nang, Vietnam — it's my last day here
My backpack is ready, and I am too

Today is my last day in Da Nang, and I’m going to Ho Chi Minh City. It’s my last destination, where I will stay for one week. Right now, I’m already ready to go. I packed all my belongings yesterday and checked everything. But before my trip, I ordered breakfast from McCafe: a fish burger, crispy potatoes, and a coffee latte. It cost 137,280 Vietnamese dong ($5.21). Also, today I got a reminder from my Android phone’s safety system about tropical storm Isang (Kajiki). Right now in Da Nang, everything is good and amazing—sunny and hot weather.

Today is my twenty-seventh day in Da Nang, Vietnam — here are my plans for the day
Trash bins on the beach in Da Nang

Today I woke up at 10 AM. I heard my alarm clock and decided to lie down for just 10 more minutes. However, instead of 10 minutes, I spent 2 hours and overslept. Well, okay, my plans for today. Today I need to do some routine tasks. First, I need to wash my clothes. Second, I need to pack my belongings. Third, I need to work and successfully finish my last workday of the week.

Today is my twenty-sixth day in Da Nang, Vietnam — just another usual day, and also one of my last days here
A cute little crab on the beach

Good morning, good night, hello everyone. These days I’m very busy because I have two freelance projects and I need to finish them before the deadline. So I’ve been trying to wake up earlier and do extra work. I have to complete everything by August 31.
