Today my morning started very early. I woke up at 4 AM, did my morning routine, and checked my belongings. After that, I left my room at 5:30 AM and called a taxi to the airport. Because it was so early in the morning, I could only take a taxi, and the price was 124,000 VND ($5). I arrived at the airport at approximately 6 AM and tried to go through customs control, but it was unsuccessful because the officer didn’t approve my online boarding pass. It was my first time experiencing this. So I went to the check-in area, checked in again, and got my real boarding pass.
“Right now I’m sitting near my gate (11) and waiting for it to open. A few words about my flight and the airport troubles: this time I’m flying with Vietjet Air. A few days ago, I read reviews about this airline on Reddit, and most of the comments were negative, saying the flights are always late and there are other problems. But right now everything is okay, and my flight is on time. The flight time is 2 hours and 10 minutes. Boarding is at 8:10 AM, departure is at 9 AM, and arrival in Singapore is at 12:05 PM.
About the troubles at the airport: when I arrived, I saw a huge crowd near the customs control area. I had to wait there for about 30 to 45 minutes, and it was awful. After that, the officer told me to go back and get a real boarding pass. I don’t know why this happened. First, the officer didn’t approve my boarding pass. Second, there was a long line at customs control. Honestly, at that moment I thought that I never want to come back here again.
