I received another notification that my letter was delivered to the military office

Continuing my previous post about the military summons, I want to share some updates on this topic. I received a notification that my letter had finally been delivered to the military office on 14 July. Now I'm sure that they received my data for clarification, and soon I should receive an answer. By the way, this notification was left in my mailbox, and I'm not sure what time it was dropped there. Although, at this point, it didn't really matter what time it was left in the mailbox.

Still, I checked my summons status, and they updated it to say that I didn't appear at the military office. But there was nothing about my legal reason for not appearing, as I was sick that day. Probably, this is already the answer: they declined the data I sent, and they can ask me to come to the military office myself. If that happens, I can ask for a written refusal stating that they declined to accept my data and then act on that refusal by appealing to higher authorities. Honestly, everything is so challenging and confusing.
