I received a notification that the military office will restrict my rights

Here and here, I shared posts about how I got a military summons and how I sent my data to clarify everything. However, I still haven't received any answer to my letter. Instead, I got a notification saying that they will restrict my rights because I didn't come to the military office. The thing is, I shouldn't have gone there on legal grounds because I was sick that day, which is a valid reason for not showing up. However, the letter says that I didn't have a valid reason. So now I have two thoughts: either they declined my reason for being sick, or this letter is just an automatic notification.

The letter I received saying that I could face restrictions after five days

Still, I haven't found or noticed any news saying that these restrictions apply to citizens who have never participated in military service. So far, I have only seen some news about conscripts being restricted, with some of them even being restricted from leaving the country. Anyway, I don't have any restrictions right now, but I need to be cautious and keep following the news, especially from anti-military Telegram channels. Everything can change so fast and so suddenly.

My morning wasn't good at all. I received a summons from the military office for the "clarification of military registration data"
