Challenge, day 12. The forecast predicted a cloudy day, but the weather wasn’t bad at all, even in the evening
Well, the morning was a bit challenging and unusually rushed because my uncle decided to visit us so early in the morning to complete some important tasks related to his car. Really, his tasks were very important, and I can understand him. So I couldn’t ignore him and got up from bed at approximately 7 AM. But the most challenging thing happened when I tried to print some documents with the printer, and honestly, it was really frustrating for me.
I couldn’t understand why the printer didn’t print the files and showed no errors at all. I tried different options, but nothing worked. At some point, I realized that a lot of time had already passed, and I had spent about forty-five minutes for nothing. Honestly, it was way too long just to print a few documents, and I didn’t see any reason to keep trying over and over again. Therefore, those documents were printed at another place without causing any more headaches.
My day also wasn’t quiet, and during the day I helped my uncle a lot. Without my help, it could’ve been much more challenging because he was forced to leave the car for some time, so I drove him around a few times. Fortunately, it didn’t seriously affect my work — maybe I lost just fifteen minutes. So I didn’t mention that missed time to my team lead, and in my opinion, it wasn’t necessary.
