Challenge, day 5. I had another sunny day and finished my fifth day of the challenge
It was unbelievably sunny and warm—almost hot while I was biking. Compared to the previous days, I didn’t need any warm layers at all. The only downside was the flies… they were everywhere. They kept landing on my clothes, hands, and legs, and a few big ones even got right onto my face, which felt pretty irritating and slightly painful since my skin is quite sensitive. Another annoying part was the forest route—there were fallen trees blocking the path in several places, and not just right after the storm, but seemingly randomly spread out over a few hundred meters. I honestly don’t understand who left it like that. I might actually have to report it to the responsible services just to find out what’s going on.
Still, there was a really nice moment during the ride. I managed to catch an amazing sunset right above the road on the horizon. It happened around the 4th kilometer, just after leaving the forest section. I’ve been through that route many times—almost daily, actually—so it wasn’t new to me, but this time it just happened naturally, without me planning to stop. I’m glad I did, because the photo turned out really well in my opinion. Even my colleagues left some nice comments about it in our challenge channel.
Challenge, day 5. Today I had another sunny day and completed my 5th day of challenge
This day was unbelievably sunny and warm, even it was a bit hot to me during my bike ride. If on previous days I took with me something warm, today it wasn't necessary. But the flies just tortured me, and they were everywhere. My clothes, hands, and legs were covered with small flies. Especially, I got a few huge flies directly on my face that was sensitive and a little bit painful. Also, another annoying thing about my route around the forest. Because I can't understand, who decided to put the fallen trees across the road and block my route? Those trees lying 200 or 400 meters away, honestly, I have no idea. Probably I need to write a complaint to special services and know about it.
Another special moment during my bike ride happened. Because I could capture an awesome sunset above the road on the horizon. I saw that view near the 4th kilometer when I reached the road after the forest. Of course it wasn't my first time there, I ride and walk those places many times, practically every day. But today it was random, and I didn't have thoughts to capture the sunset. Fortunately, it was a good idea that I spent some time on my successful photo, in my opinion, of course. Even my colleagues left some comments about the photo in our challenge channel.
