Challenge, day 4. I spent most of the day at home behind my laptop, and only in the evening did I finally get out for a bike ride
The day started sunny and ended with a light rain while I was cycling. Honestly, the rain didn’t bother me at all — it actually made the ride feel even better and gave me a chance to properly finish it. I was a bit sweaty, of course, but that only made it more refreshing afterwards. The air smelled especially fresh, almost “tasty” in a way, which added a really nice layer to the whole experience. What made it even better was that everything went smoothly this time, with no incidents like yesterday, so I could just enjoy the ride. By the end I was a little tired, but in a good way — calm, satisfied, and in a genuinely positive mood.
I also want to mention something that happened during my workday. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a pretty frustrating and unproductive mistake from colleagues in another department. Because of that, I ended up spending around four hours reworking a task that had actually already been completed before I even started it. The main problem was simple but annoying — there was no note saying the task was finished, and it was still sitting as active in the sprint workflow.
Challenge, day 4. I spent my day at home behind the laptop, only in the evening did I ride my bike
This day started sunny and finished with light rain during my bike riding. But the rain didn't bother me, and I had a good opportunity to finish my riding. Of course I had a bit of sweat, but it was still refreshing and enjoyable after a ride. Also, the air smelled especially fresh and tasty, which brought me double satisfying feelings during the ride. What made the ride even better was that everything went smoothly, and I didn't have any incidents like yesterday. In the end I was a little bit tired but in a positive mood and satisfied, which was the most important thing.
I'd also like to mention one cause that happened in my work process. It wasn't a big problem, but it was a super unproductive mistake from my colleagues in another department. As a result, I spent about four hours reworking a task that had already been completed before I started it. The main issue was that there was no comment that the task had already been completed, and the status was still active in the sprint workflow.
