Today, the weather was cloudy without rain, and the temperature dropped to 16 degrees, which didn't really make my day, even though I was stuck at home with my usual routine. Only closer to the evening, after 4 PM, the weather finally became sunny, so I decided to go for a walk while the sun was still out. Also, the roads were still very slippery after the previous rainy days, and the temperature felt a bit cold. So leaving my bike at home seemed like a better idea than freezing in the middle of the road. Instead, I drove my car to the park and just walked around the forest area, relaxing after a busy day.

My walk still turned out to be a bit unusual because I noticed an unfamiliar caterpillar and spent about 10 minutes trying to take a good photo of it. I couldn't find a good angle where the caterpillar looked recognizable and the photo itself still looked good. So I took about twenty, maybe thirty photos, and eventually found a few that I liked. Because of where the caterpillar was, it wasn't easy to get the focus right while also keeping some of the natural background in the photo. But I still managed to find the best one among them, at least according to my photography skills and my own opinion.

As it was unfamiliar creature, I asked ChatGPT what kind of caterpillar it was, it said that it was a fox moth caterpillar. I don't know why it's called "fox" — probably because of the orange color on its back and all the long hair. Still, it didn't move at all while I was taking the photos. At first, I thought it was probably dead. But maybe it was just sleeping or pretending to be dead, like in my previous experience from this post, when I found that bug. I also couldn't really understand which part was its head and which part was its back.
