My trip to Kazan was to take my blood test and visit my relatives' country house

Today I decided to take my next blood test in Kazan at a private clinic before my next dental implant surgery. My family members also decided to go on this trip with me so we could visit our relatives afterward. But something went wrong. When I finished my business at the clinic, we got a message saying they had already gone from the city to their country house. So we changed our plans and drove there instead, as we had some presents for them and couldn't just cancel the visit.

My relatives' country house is surrounded by fruit trees and gardens. There is everything you could need there

Before we left, I had some issues with the GPS and mobile internet because neither of them worked at all. On top of that, I had no idea which direction I needed to take since I didn't know the way there. As a result, I couldn't build a proper route in the Maps app, or it just kept giving me the wrong one, which I only realized after I had already started driving. Luckily, I wasn't too far from the city at that point, so I quickly realized I was going in the completely wrong direction.

Another interesting moment was that I had last visited that place back in 2013. Since then, I had never been there again. Because of that, I had no idea how to get there or which route I needed to take. The only thing I remembered was that I had to drive through the city center, and that also helped me realize I was on the wrong route.

Overall, my trip to my relatives' country house was a bit challenging and a little nerve-wracking. But at the same time, it was a good experience and a chance to spend time in a familiar place again after 13 years. Of course, it was also interesting to compare how things had changed after such a long time, and feel that unique vibe once again.
