I even didn't notice how the week flew so fast. It feels like Monday was just yesterday, but somehow it's already Sunday

It's so strange when you're busy the whole day with your routine and don't need to worry about work, because I was fired. I shared some feelings about it and how it happened in this post. One thing I didn't expect, though, was how differently I would start experiencing time. During the last few days, I started forgetting the days of the week, and I didn't really think much about it. Before, when I had work, I automatically knew what day it was because my schedule naturally kept track of it for me. But today, I realized it's already Sunday, and I didn't even notice how fast the week flew by.

A beautiful sky during sunset, smoothly transforming into fog that covered the green fields

That realization made me stop and think about the past few days. Maybe I don't even remember Monday anymore; I need to read my previous blog posts. It should be a good idea to recall what happened and piece the week back together. Thinking about it actually reminds me of a funny situation: usually after a big party, nobody remembers what happened during the night and ends up asking someone else about it the next day. In my case, there was no party at all, but somehow the week disappeared just as mysteriously.

It happened: I was fired from my job, and now I'm unemployed
