My workday started badly, and overall the day was unsuccessful

During the day, several unusual and uncomfortable things happened at work. Because the workday was quite fast-paced, I handled many tasks. Usually, I take one or two tasks and complete them at my own pace. But today, I constantly felt rushed, and I really didn’t like it.

It bothered me a lot. I was forced to switch between tasks all the time and try to figure out many things at once. These were the same feelings I had last summer when I was traveling around Thailand. I couldn’t take a proper break during the entire day and worked nonstop, barely lifting my head from the screen. I think it was my mistake. Next time, I shouldn’t allow situations like this to happen.

This area is close to my city center. There are several supermarkets here, as well as an administration building. In front of the building, there is a monument to Lenin, with his hand stretched out

After work, I went for a walk, but that turned out to be another unpleasant part of my day — again, because of my own decision. The temperature was around −20 degrees, but it felt like −28. As soon as I went outside, I started freezing immediately. Surprisingly, my headache eased a little, and I felt slightly better despite the extreme cold. Yesterday, the weather felt more comfortable, even though the wind was blowing directly into my face. Today, however, there was no wind, but I froze much more, and my hood was completely covered with frost.

Overall, it was a crazy, awful, and uncomfortable workday, and now I have a headache. I’m completely sure that the main reason for it was the intense workload — all of these factors played a major role. I didn’t want to start my workday this way. I hoped to begin the week calmly and simply, but everything turned out differently.

My workday started a bit bad and day also was unsaccessfull

During the day, some unusual and uncomfortable things happened at my work. Because my workday was a bit fast, I made many tasks. Usually I took one or two tasks and did them at my pace. But today I felt something like rushing, and I wasn't happy. Shortly, it bothered me, I was forced to switch between tasks and tried to figure out many things. The same thoughts I already felt last year in the summer. When I traveled around Thailand. Still I couldn't get a break during the whole day and I worked without raising my head. I think it was my mistake, next time I shouldn't admit situations like it.

After my work I also went for a walk. But it was another awful thing in my day and my mistake. The temperature stayed around -20 degrees and it felt like -28 degrees. So when I went outside, I froze immediately, but my headache disappeared a little bit, and I felt more comfortable, even the temperature was very low. I think yesterday the weather conditions were more comfortable, even the wind blowing directly in my face. But today, without the wind I froze properly, and my hood was covered with frost.

Overall, it was a crazy, awful, uncomfortable workday, and now I have a headache. The main reason why I have a headache, it's after my hard work. I'm sure 100% because all of it played the main role. In fact, I didn't want to start my workday like it. I just hoped to start my week quietly and simply. But everything turned out a bit wrong.

Main issues (important)
Word choice:
- “unsaccessfull” → unsuccessful
- “admit situations like it” → allow / accept situations like this
- “froze properly” → understandable, but unnatural
- “without raising my head” → literal, sounds strange in English

Sentence structure:
- Many sentences are too long and overloaded.
- Some ideas are repeated instead of being tightened.

Tense & logic:
- Mixing past simple and past continuous in places where it breaks flow.
- Some sentences feel translated directly from your native language.

What you did well:
- Good emotional description
- Clear timeline
- You connected work stress + physical condition (headache, cold)
- Vocabulary level is intermediate, not beginner
