My workday started badly, and overall the day was unsuccessful
During the day, several unusual and uncomfortable things happened at work. Because the workday was quite fast-paced, I handled many tasks. Usually, I take one or two tasks and complete them at my own pace. But today, I constantly felt rushed, and I really didn’t like it.
It bothered me a lot. I was forced to switch between tasks all the time and try to figure out many things at once. These were the same feelings I had last summer when I was traveling around Thailand. I couldn’t take a proper break during the entire day and worked nonstop, barely lifting my head from the screen. I think it was my mistake. Next time, I shouldn’t allow situations like this to happen.
After work, I went for a walk, but that turned out to be another unpleasant part of my day — again, because of my own decision. The temperature was around −20 degrees, but it felt like −28. As soon as I went outside, I started freezing immediately. Surprisingly, my headache eased a little, and I felt slightly better despite the extreme cold. Yesterday, the weather felt more comfortable, even though the wind was blowing directly into my face. Today, however, there was no wind, but I froze much more, and my hood was completely covered with frost.
Overall, it was a crazy, awful, and uncomfortable workday, and now I have a headache. I’m completely sure that the main reason for it was the intense workload — all of these factors played a major role. I didn’t want to start my workday this way. I hoped to begin the week calmly and simply, but everything turned out differently.

But today I felt something like rushing, and I wasn't happy. Shortly, it bothered me, I was forced to switch between tasks and tried to figure out many things. The same thoughts I already felt last year in the summer. When I traveled around Thailand. Still I couldn't get a break during the whole day and I worked without raising my head. I think it was my mistake, next time I shouldn't admit situations like it.

Overall, it was a crazy, awful, uncomfortable workday, and now I have a headache. The main reason why I have a headache, it's after my hard work. I'm sure 100% because all of it played the main role. In fact, I didn't want to start my workday like it. I just hoped to start my week quietly and simply. But everything turned out a bit wrong.
