Last weekend, I visited the village of Burbashsky Sardygan, which is about 120 kilometers from Kazan. In the summer, I posted a video about this place on my YouTube channel, where I walked through the most beautiful spots. This time, I decided to walk the same paths again and also collect fresh water from the local spring, "Nurzida," since I only drink water. The walk was nice, and the nature was just as beautiful as before. You can watch the summer video at the link.
There is almost no snow left in Kazan, and the temperature is +3°C, even though it's only early february. Usually, this weather comes in mid or late march. Let's see what happens in march and april, i hope there won’t be freezing temperatures
The weather was amazing, there were no clouds in the sky, and the sun was bright and warm. I walked around Kaban Lake, and during the walk, I saw many sportsmen, and everyone was doing their exercises. Also, I met wild ducks swimming peacefully in the lake. Their presence made the walk even more enjoyable, and I couldn't resist stopping to watch them for a while. Definitely, this place is one of my favorites
I woke up early today, around 6 AM, because I had swimming training with my coach. My training started at 7 AM, so I quickly completed my morning routine. Then I went outside and started my car. Even though it was -20 degrees, my car started very easily. I waited about 5–10 minutes to let the car warm up, and then I drove to the swimming pool. The trip from my apartment to the pool takes approximately twenty minutes, so I drove quickly. Another reason I could drive fast is that at such an early hour, there’s never any traffic.
During those days, the city felt truly festive. Bright lights decorated the streets, shop windows were shining with colorful garlands, and a huge Christmas tree stood on the main square. People were walking around, taking photos, and kids were happily sliding down hills and skating on ice rinks.
Now, after some time, the memories are still vivid. New Year in Kazan was warm and cozy, even though the weather felt more like spring. Maybe it was one of the most unusual holidays in recent years.
Tomorrow I will walk around Kaban Lake and take a few pictures of the Kamal Theater

Hello, friends! A few days ago, I applied for a Schengen visa. I hope everything goes smoothly, and I can go on a new trip soon. I’ll definitely share my impressions when it happens
Today, it got much colder — the temperature dropped to -18 degrees. It’s real winter, just as I expected.
