Da Nang
I already checked in for my flight and went through security control. At the security control zone, the staff asked me to take off my shoes. The last time I experienced this was at Moscow airport. I also found my gate, and now I just need to wait for my flight and enjoy my time at Da Nang airport.
Today is my last day in Da Nang, and I’m going to Ho Chi Minh City. It’s my last destination, where I will stay for one week. Right now, I’m already ready to go. I packed all my belongings yesterday and checked everything. But before my trip, I ordered breakfast from McCafe: a fish burger, crispy potatoes, and a coffee latte. It cost 137,280 Vietnamese dong ($5.21). Also, today I got a reminder from my Android phone’s safety system about tropical storm Isang (Kajiki). Right now in Da Nang, everything is good and amazing—sunny and hot weather.
Today I already wrote about my plans for the day, and now I can share them. But first, I want to remind you that it is my last night in Da Nang. Tomorrow, around 1–1:30 PM, I will leave this amazing city. Well, about my current plans: I finished all of them. I washed all my clothes, packed my belongings, and finished my work. I also completed a few tasks. I think this day was successful and productive.
Today I woke up at 10 AM. I heard my alarm clock and decided to lie down for just 10 more minutes. However, instead of 10 minutes, I spent 2 hours and overslept. Well, okay, my plans for today. Today I need to do some routine tasks. First, I need to wash my clothes. Second, I need to pack my belongings. Third, I need to work and successfully finish my last workday of the week.
Good morning, good night, hello everyone. These days I’m very busy because I have two freelance projects and I need to finish them before the deadline. So I’ve been trying to wake up earlier and do extra work. I have to complete everything by August 31.
Today for dinner, I decided to order a chicken pita and a pineapple smoothie. But everything went the wrong way. I took my order from the delivery man and brought it into my apartment. While I was putting my smoothie on the table, I dropped it and got my floor and walls dirty. Well, as you already saw, I ended up making art from my pineapple smoothie.
You already know more and more about me. So you should also know that I like to oversleep. If you’ve been following my posts, you know I’ve already written about oversleeping — this isn’t my first post about it. If you don’t know that, I think it’s not good, because you should know it. Well, let’s go ahead.
Good evening, good night, or good morning. It’s already August 20 here in Da Nang, and it’s 1 AM. At that time, I decided to order a pizza because I was starving. My dinner was light because I only ate half of a small watermelon and half of my lunch. I ordered a 30 cm chicken and mushroom pizza, and it cost 204,000 Vietnamese dong ($8). I hope I enjoy my meal!
This morning was pretty comfortable — I saw the sun in the sky, and the temperature outside wasn’t too high. I even felt comfortable myself outside. This nice weather happened because it had been raining for the last two or three days. I also want to start counting how many workdays are left until my vacation. Right now, I have 9 workdays left.
Yeah, it’s my last week here. I’m very happy because I’ll finally leave this city. I say that because I’ve already been here for one month, and I’m a little bit tired. I want to see some new places. Also, there are problems with halal food here because I think there’s not much of it.
Hey there, yesterday and last night it was raining all the time. It’s the first time I’ve seen nonstop rain here. Also, it was my last weekend in Da Nang, and I had planned to go for a walk and film a video about the city for my YouTube channel. Now I’m not sure if I can film the video.
Yesterday was my twentieth day here, and it felt like a little jubilee for me. I didn’t think I could stay here for such a long time. When I first arrived, I thought I would leave Vietnam after one or two weeks. But my plans changed, and now I’m staying here for more than a month. You can read about my plans in this post.
