This morning was very loud. First, it was raining heavily outside, and second, someone shot very loudly in the lobby. Naturally, I couldn’t sleep, so I woke up early, around 7 or 8 a.m. It was my first day in Asia when I woke up so early. Everything else was as usual — I did my morning routine and started working on my plans.
Well, finally, my last week here has started, and I hope I can leave this country soon. I say this because I’m really tired of Asia and I want to leave. I’ve already been in Vietnam for about a month—I arrived on July 27. I don’t even know how the time passed so quickly.
Last night, I worked all night and only went to bed at 4 AM. This morning, I woke up around 9 AM and immediately started my second freelance job. So today, I’ve only had about 5 hours of sleep. I think that’s enough because I feel good and I’m not sleepy. My goal is to finish the main tasks by 2 AM. If I can do that, I think I’ll have completed about 80–90%. In the next one or two days, I hope to finish everything.
I'm already in Ho Chi Minh City, and right now I have mixed feelings. I can say this city is bigger than Da Nang, and there are ridiculous traffic jams. Also, I see more Halal cafes here, so I already ordered Egyptian food. If I talk about my room, then I can say only one thing: the internet is very bad. Right now, I don't know how I'll work here. Also, in my room, I have a projector for watching movies. I don't know if it's good or bad because this week I'll have enough time for movies.
Today is my last day in Da Nang, and I’m going to Ho Chi Minh City. It’s my last destination, where I will stay for one week. Right now, I’m already ready to go. I packed all my belongings yesterday and checked everything. But before my trip, I ordered breakfast from McCafe: a fish burger, crispy potatoes, and a coffee latte. It cost 137,280 Vietnamese dong ($5.21). Also, today I got a reminder from my Android phone’s safety system about tropical storm Isang (Kajiki). Right now in Da Nang, everything is good and amazing—sunny and hot weather.
Today I woke up at 10 AM. I heard my alarm clock and decided to lie down for just 10 more minutes. However, instead of 10 minutes, I spent 2 hours and overslept. Well, okay, my plans for today. Today I need to do some routine tasks. First, I need to wash my clothes. Second, I need to pack my belongings. Third, I need to work and successfully finish my last workday of the week.
Good morning, good night, hello everyone. These days I’m very busy because I have two freelance projects and I need to finish them before the deadline. So I’ve been trying to wake up earlier and do extra work. I have to complete everything by August 31.
You already know more and more about me. So you should also know that I like to oversleep. If you’ve been following my posts, you know I’ve already written about oversleeping — this isn’t my first post about it. If you don’t know that, I think it’s not good, because you should know it. Well, let’s go ahead.
