Breakfast didn't go well

This Sunday, I spent the day in my apartment as usual, and since the weather was rainy, I didn't even bother going outside. However, something kinda funny but also unpleasant happened in the morning when I decided to boil an egg for breakfast.

So, after leaving it to boil for at least 20 minutes, I thought it was definitely ready. But when I started peeling it, the egg suddenly began leaking yellow and white liquid all over my hand! It turned out that part of it was still undercooked, so only that part started leaking. To be honest, I was pretty confused at first because I couldn't understand how it was even possible for an egg to remain undercooked after 20 minutes of boiling.

Naturally, my first thought was that maybe the egg had gone bad, so I checked its smell to make sure everything seemed normal. Eventually, I decided to eat the part that was properly cooked, just hoping that I wouldn't end up getting bird flu or something.
