Tatar traditional cuisine: gubadia with a piece of cake

This day turned out to be sunny and a bit hectic as I visited my relatives' place at around 6 PM. Of course, it wasn't a big event, just some close relatives coming over to celebrate my relative's anniversary. There were only a few of us, so it was more like a small family gathering where we could sit together, talk, eat some of our traditional food, and just spend some time together. Also I hadn't planned to stay for too long, but as usual, we ended up talking enough late only at 11 PM.

Even though the evening was busy, during the day I was mostly following my usual routine. I spent most of the day at home, working on some tasks, reading my book, and doing some other things I usually do. Since the weather was pretty nice, I also wanted to go outside for a while before heading to my relatives' place in the evening. It seemed like it would be a really comfortable time for a ride, as the temperature had risen to around 21 degrees and the weather conditions were pretty nice overall. So I decided to take advantage of the nice weather and go for a long, two-hour bike ride before I had to leave.
