I received my order with extra tools to keep my teeth even cleaner and healthier
In this post, I want to go back to July 15 and recall some moments from my dentist's office, because today was just a usual day without anything special, and I don't think it was interesting enough to write about. But when I looked back at my day, I realized I had still received my order with the extra tools I bought after my dentist's recommendations to keep my teeth cleaner and healthier. That reminded me of my visit to the dentist's office, where the main reason for my appointment was to have a professional teeth cleaning before my dental surgery. As part of that visit, she also examined my mouth and checked the condition of my teeth before giving me a few recommendations and pointing out a few things to keep in mind.
Luckily, everything wasn't bad. I got some recommendations about my wisdom teeth, which had already come in without any issues, and about the white spots on some of my teeth. She also recommended buying a few extra tools: a tongue scraper, a single-tuft toothbrush to keep my teeth even cleaner, and a special gel to remineralize my teeth to help with the white spots and for general prevention.
I searched for cheaper options on local online marketplaces and tried to find familiar brands that I had already used before. I found a two metal tongue scraper for about 259 ₽ from the familiar brand Beiber, which I had already used and had always been satisfied with. The single-tuft toothbrush cost about 386 ₽ and was from the brand Pesitro, which was new to me. I bought it simply because my dentist recommended it. But the most expensive item was the remineralization gel from my favorite brand, Rocs, whose products I always use. It cost about 527 ₽ for a 45-gram tube.
