Finally, the extreme heat went down, and the temperature dropped from 34°C to 26°C
It was a big relief after the very hot days, which had continued for about a week. So my day started with rainy and fresh weather conditions in the morning. In fact, I need to explain something about the rain, as it continued with thunder and lightning for a few hours from around 9 AM. However, later in the day the weather became comfortable enough. The temperature stayed at around 26°C under the warm and pleasant sun, without any more unpredictable weather conditions.
Luckily, that heavy rain didn't ruin the plans I had made during the day to complete my daily outdoor bike activity. So after a busy day, which I spent at home following my usual routine, I finished my next 10K ride along a simple and quiet highway road surrounded by trees.
This ride wasn't challenging or a personal record, as I intentionally chose a simple route without any difficult sections. I didn't want to put any extra strain on myself after my dental surgery. Instead, I just wanted to avoid putting any unnecessary stress on my body while still keeping up with my daily outdoor cycling routine.
