My unplanned bike ride in the evening on the 11th day after dental surgery
The last few days have been extremely hot, around 33–36 degrees, and according to my dentist's recommendations, I tried to stay at home. But today, at 8 PM, I finally went for a bike ride after such a long break. I really enjoyed being outside after the hot day, riding under the cloudy and windy evening sky. Even though the temperature was still 29 degrees at 8 PM, the fresh breeze made my calm bike ride around familiar places much more enjoyable.
Since I already went for a bike ride, I guess the surgery area in my mouth has recovered enough. I don't feel any pain, and I haven't noticed any bleeding. So now I can carefully brush that area without worrying. However, I can still feel the stitches inside my mouth, although they don't cause me any discomfort. I hope they will dissolve soon and that everything will eventually return to how it was before the surgery. The swollen area on my right cheek has also disappeared, which I mentioned in this post and compared with my normal cheek.
