My experience visiting yesterday’s horse racing event
Yesterday, I wanted to share another post about my experience at the horse racing event, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I had a headache in the evening and missed everything because I fell asleep from 9 PM until 9 AM. I woke up only once, at 2:40 AM, but by then it was already too late to write my post, finish the next chapter of *Goblet of Fire*, and extend my Duolingo streak. So, at that point, I made my bed, undressed, and continued sleeping, even though I didn't have the energy to brush my teeth.
When I walked from my home to the racetrack for about 20 minutes under the hot sun, not being able to watch the horse race made the whole thing feel a bit unreasonable. I had waited there for more than two hours just to watch the horse race once. Instead, there were other performances, games, concerts, and various other activities that I wasn't particularly curious about. Of course, they were interesting too, but all those areas were crowded and surrounded by participants and other people. Therefore, it wasn't very comfortable to watch them for a long time under the hot sun.
Anyway, it wasn't a bad experience, because during the event I noticed a luxurious horse-drawn vehicle. It was fascinating and unusual, and I had never seen anything like it in real life before. The vehicle had mirrors, rear lights, footrests, and other modern features that cars use. It was pulled by three horses as it traveled along the roads. It was also decorated with various decorative elements on the outside, which made it look gorgeous.
