I had a trip to the border of my city to pick some wild strawberries and made some new and interesting discoveries
After my morning, I applied sunscreen to my face and went to the border of my city, where there are forests and abandoned fields, to pick wild strawberries. But before that, I had some doubts about the strawberries because, in my entire life, I had never seen so many wild strawberries growing in one place. So I was a bit skeptical about finding any, even though this spot had been recommended by a familiar local resident. However, my doubts vanished when I saw patches of strawberries growing directly in the fields.
Naturally, this trip was a bit challenging and, at the same time, very interesting because I got to discover and see new things. Things that I had never seen before, even though I have spent so much time in nature during my bike rides and walks.
Therefore, my first observation was a bit sad when I arrived at my target place. There I was, forced to leave my car and go on a walk of about 2 km because some parts of the route were filthy after the rain. The trucks that had been hauling logs from the forest had made the road messy and rough.
My second observation surprised me a bit when I saw a real snake with my own eyes for the first time, even though it wasn't alive. The poor snake had probably been crushed by trucks. In a way, it was probably a good thing that it was already dead, even though it's a bit sad to say that about it.
