Today was the twenty-fourth day of Ramadan. I left Moscow and finally arrived back home

My day was quite busy. It was my last day in Moscow, but I decided not to attend the conference even though it was the final day. Instead, I slept until 9 AM and then started packing my things. The whole routine took around two hours and turned out to be a bit challenging. I had several presents with me, and it was difficult to pack them properly with the rest of my belongings. Because of that, my backpack ended up being overweight. Fortunately, nobody checked the weight at the airport, so everything went smoothly and I had no problems with it.

Kazan Airport under an amazing sunset. I took this photo after landing while walking through the jet bridge

In total, I spent about six hours on the road. I left my hotel at 11:40 AM, roughly twenty minutes before checkout, and followed the route I had planned because I didn’t want any unexpected issues. However, there was still a small complication along the way. I started my trip at the Dinamo metro station, but after a few stops we were informed that the train could not continue to Hovrino station due to technical problems. Because of that, I got off at Sokol station and switched to another train.

Overall, my route had two parts. First, I needed to take the metro from Dinamo to Hovrino, and then take bus 1195 from Hovrino to the airport. In fact, it turned out to be a very simple and comfortable route. I’m not sure why I didn’t use it when I first arrived in Moscow. This time I planned everything using the 2GIS app, and the trip from the hotel to the airport was quick and convenient. In the end, I arrived at the airport around 1:30 PM and still had some time to go through my usual airport routine.

At the airport everything was easy and fast. I quickly completed check-in and went through the security check. However, the security procedure was a bit unusual because they asked everyone to take off their shoes. I didn’t really understand why, since I had only experienced this before in some Asian countries. Apart from that, I didn’t notice any other inconveniences. I simply had some free time before boarding, so I listened to my old English audio recordings on my phone.

Boarding was scheduled for 3:20 PM and lasted around forty minutes. I found my seat (23F), placed my backpack in the overhead compartment, and sat down. A few minutes later the flight crew explained the safety procedures and prepared the plane for departure. Soon the plane (A320) slowly began taxiing to the runway and successfully took off.

At Kazan Airport, the plane landed at 5:30 PM, so the flight took around 1 hour and 15 minutes. By the time we landed, it was already evening, and there was an amazing sunset on the horizon. The sky looked beautiful with warm orange colors reflecting on the planes at the airport, and it was a very pleasant moment after the flight.

Today was the twenty-third day of Ramadan. It was also my second day in Moscow, where I participated in a conference. I’ve also added several photos from the day

Today is the twenty-fourth day of Ramadan. I left Moscow and arrived at home.

My day was pretty busy. Today I had my last day in Moscow and arrived at home. But today I didn't visit the conference, even though it was the last day. Instead, I slept until 9 AM and packed my belongings. All my routine took around two hours, and it was a bit challenging. Because, I couldn't pack my presents properly with my belongings, my allowed backpack weight was oversize. Fortunately nobody checked my backpack weight at the airport, and I easily arrived at home.

During the day I spent around six hours on the road. I left my hotel at 11:40 am, twenty minutes before checkout. Then I followed my planned route to the airport because I didn't want to make new stories. But I also had some small stories with my route. When I went to the metro station "Dinamo" and began my route, after a few stations I was notified, "This train can't go to Hovrino station due to technical issues." Then I left my train at "Sokol station" and chose another train.

Shortly, my route was separated into two parts. For the first part, I need to use the metro from the "Dinamo" to "Hovrino" stations, and after I should use bus 1195 from "Hovrino" to the airport. Yes, it was a really simple and comfortable route. I don't know why I didn't use it when I arrived. But this time when I planned my route via the 2GIS app, my trip between the hotel and airport was super fast and easy. As a result, I arrived at the airport around 1:30 PM, and I had some free time to do my airport routine.

At the airport, everything was easy and fast. I quickly completed registration and went through customs security. But the security check was a bit unusual, they forced everyone to take off their shoes. It was not understandable for me, I experienced this experience only in some Asian countries. Another inconvenient situation I didn't notice. I just had free time until boarding and listened to my old English audio records on my phone.

Boarding time was stated at 3:20 pm and continued for around forty minutes. I found my seat (23F), put my backpack in the overhead compartment, and sat down. After a few minutes, the flight crew explained the safety rules and prepared the plane for takeoff. Soon the plane (A320) started moving slowly to the runway and successfully took off.

At Kazan Airport, the plane landed at 5:30 PM, our flight took around 1 hour 15 minutes. When we already landed, it was evening with an amazing sunset on the horizon. The sky looked very beautiful with warm orange colors on the airport planes, and it was a very nice moment after the flight.
