The ninth day of ramadan: reflections on work and plans for tomorrow
This Friday felt like an ordinary workday on the surface, yet there was something different about it — something calm and almost peaceful. I followed my usual routine, but I felt unusually comfortable throughout the day. No one rushed me, no one interrupted me, and I was able to work at my own pace. It was genuinely pleasant to focus on my tasks without pressure and simply enjoy the process.
Since I’ve started talking about work, I’d like to mention something rather puzzling. Recently, one of my colleagues decided to transfer to another department. What makes this situation unusual is that it has already happened for the second time, and no clear explanation was given. It would be understandable if it were an isolated case, but the repetition makes it feel more significant. The team lead briefly mentioned that it was his last day with us, but no further details were shared. It leaves me wondering what might be happening behind the scenes.
Anyway, enough about work. Tomorrow, I plan to visit Kazan to take care of some important matters at the bank. After that, I need to see my barber — I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a haircut, so it’s probably overdue. I’d also like to take a walk around Kaban Lake. It’s always refreshing to spend some time there, even if only briefly. If time allows, I might explore a few other places as well. I expect the day to be productive, yet calm — a balanced mix of responsibility and relaxation.
Today is the ninth day of Ramadan. Observations about my work and my plans for tomorrow
This Friday was like a regular workday, but I felt something special and calm. Even though I started my day as usual, I spent this day comfortably. Nobody bothered me and didn't rush me during the whole day. So it was very pleasant, when you could do your work in your temp and enjoy it.
Well, okay, since I started talking about my work, I need to share something unusual and not understandable. I think it's important and maybe interesting, why my colleague decided to move to another department. Honestly, it can be okay if it was the first case, but it's already the second time. While nobody lets on why he has decided to move there. The team lead just announced a few words, it was his last day in our department.
Anyway, I think enough has been spoken about work. So I want to speak about my plans for tomorrow. I planned to visit Kazan and finish some tasks at the bank because I have important tasks. After that I need to visit my barber and get a haircut. I haven't kept track of what time I visited the barber, so I think it's time. I also want to visit other places, especially Kaban Lake. It's always nice to walk there, even if just for a short time. If I have enough time, I might visit other places too. I think it will be a productive day, but also a little bit relaxing.
