My observations about the weather and my walk
The weather today was quite sunny. Throughout the entire day, the sun shone in a perfectly blue sky, and I didn’t see a single cloud. However, the air temperature was rather low — around -10 degrees Celsius — though it felt closer to -15 or even -20 because of the cold wind. Still, during the day, I noticed that people walking under my windows seemed quite comfortable. They weren’t in a hurry; they walked slowly and calmly discussed the worries of the world.
In the evening, as usual, I went for a walk. It was 8:30 PM when I started walking toward the park. As I walked through it, I noticed a surprisingly large number of people. Some were just walking, while others were skiing. Honestly, I had never seen so many people there at that time. It was already 9 PM, and the temperature was still low, but they had decided to come to the park and follow their routine anyway. When I entered the park, I suddenly felt warmer, and even my face started to warm up. The trees blocked the cold wind, making the air feel much more comfortable.
After leaving the park, I walked along the embankment toward the river and then continued to the city center. Along the embankment, I noticed only a few cars. They were parked in the parking lot, their headlights shining brightly. Inside the cars, some people were speaking loudly on the phone or talking to each other.
In the city center, I barely saw anyone. Everything was quiet and almost empty. Even near the grocery stores, there were only four or five cars, which felt extremely unusual. During the New Year holidays or on Saturdays, I’m used to seeing many cars and fully occupied parking spaces. Now, seeing so few cars felt strange — but at least everyone could easily find a parking spot.

Because the park was among the trees, they blocked the cold wind.
After the park I came back to along the embankment. There, I just walked around the river and went to city center. But during my walk along the embankment, I noticed only a few cars. They were parked in the parking lot, and the front lights brightly shone. In the cars someone loudly spoke on the phone or just talked between each other.
In the city center I also didn't see something. Everything was quiet and empty. Even near the grocery shops, I saw only four or five cars. It was extremely less. Because during the New Year holidays or Saturday, I already got used to seeing so many cars. And parking places were occupied. Now when I saw only a few cars, it was a bit unusual. But now everyone can find a place without any problems.

You repeat “because” and “I noticed” a bit too often. This is not wrong, but advanced writing varies structure.
