Recovery observations, upcoming events, and my regular workday

Yesterday I mentioned the New Year event from my previous workplace. Today I was informed about the exact time it would take place, but unfortunately it turned out to be inconvenient for me. The event is scheduled for December 24, after the working day, so I decided not to participate. However, they also changed the venue. Initially, they planned to hold it in a restaurant, but in the end they rented a house. Honestly, the house would have been more convenient for me. In a house, there are fewer chances of meeting a tamada or a similar host. In addition, while I was working there, I had already participated in events held in rented houses, so I can say that I had positive experiences without any worries.

This is my last picture from my weekend walk. The sun can be seen shining through the trees inside the forest. Skiers had already started skiing, and my walking path was completely covered with snow

Today I also didn’t use chlorhexidine on the surgically treated area in my mouth, which I mentioned yesterday. My observations are somewhat mixed. On the one hand, I felt slight discomfort after eating. I believe this is because the surgical area has not fully healed yet, and I can still feel the stitches when I touch them with my tongue. On the other hand, I didn’t notice any issues related to swelling. I didn’t even see any visible difference in my right cheek when I looked in the mirror. So I plan to continue my observations tomorrow, and on Thursday I intend to use chlorhexidine again.

Overall, my day didn’t include anything unusual and was very similar to a typical working day. However, the weather was exceptionally sunny and fresh. The temperature was around -13 degrees, and the fresh snow was sparkling under the sunlight. Unfortunately, this didn’t last long because the days are already very short. By around 3 PM, the sun had disappeared. I’m not sure exactly when it rises, because every day when I wake up, the sun is already up. I assume it’s around 8 AM.
