My VPN hasn’t been working because it was banned

For the last few days, my VPN stopped working. Internet providers decided to ban the XRay/Vless protocols as well. I already tried to reconfigure my VPN client using Hiddify configs, hoping it would help. But everything turned out badly — none of my attempts to fix it brought any results. After that, I simply hoped that maybe after a few days it would start working again, but unfortunately nothing happened. My VPN still doesn’t work, and I’m starting to doubt it will ever work again. I also read some news channels about this, and they said that even China hasn’t banned this protocol. But in Russia they went even further and managed to block it.

Someone built this rest area near the river. There is a small artificial lake, a house for relaxing, and some kind of strange black object that I don’t understand. I also don’t know if this rest area is public or private

However, I also have some good news. A few days ago, my company created a personal VPN for each employee. Now I can use that one. But it comes with some restrictions: they said everyone should use it only for work. Right now, I have no idea what will happen if they decide to check my traffic. I think it might not be a big problem if they just keep a list of all the websites I visit. But still, it’s a matter of privacy, which is important to me.

There is also something interesting about the timing. All of this happened around the same time. Last week, I received a config file with instructions from our system administrator, installed it on my laptop, and tested it. A few days later — I think it was Saturday — everything stopped working. It feels like they knew about the situation and decided to create a VPN for everyone because of it.

Another interesting point is the VPN protocols themselves. They are using WireGuard, and I used it sometimes too. But after some time it got banned as well. That’s why I switched to XRay/Vless. And now I really have no idea what is going on, because WireGuard works for them, but my XRay/Vless doesn’t work at all.
