I've continued updating my blog and, of course, haven’t forgotten about my bike riding

Even though the day was cloudy, I decided to go for a bike ride because I didn’t want to spend my weekend at home. I didn’t bring my GoPro, though, because I’ve already filmed all the interesting places. Another reason is that the GoPro doesn’t record very well when the weather isn’t good enough. So I rode my bike for more than four hours today. For about thirty minutes, I just read Reddit and relaxed — it was a new experience for me, reading Reddit and practicing English in the fresh air. During my ride, I also met one of my classmates. The last time I saw him was at our graduation event, which was more than ten years ago!

This is Sabantuy Park. Everything is yellow, and there are leaves everywhere

I spent the rest of the day at home, continuing to update my blog. Today I started working on a post view counter and a rating system for posts. I hope I can finish them soon and push everything to my production server. I also changed my blog header, updated the post items on the home page, and added a block for code snippets (PHP, JS, SQL, HTML, CSS, SCSS, JSON). Soon I want to try publishing parts of my code from my work or from my blog. Altogether, I spent about five or six hours on these tasks.

While I was updating my blog and preparing to publish it on the production server, one accident happened. My production server had only 1GB of RAM, and when I tried to build the project using npm and Vite, the server couldn’t handle it. So I bought another 1GB of RAM. Now my server runs like a rocket — it’s really fast! Because of that issue, I spent more than two hours fixing it and ended up writing my daily post a bit later than usual.
