I want to start with my blog metrics. Yesterday, my blog was visited by 10 unique users from abroad. I found it a bit strange because six of them were from Oregon, USA. All of these users had unique statuses, but they visited at almost the same time. They used Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems. The total time on my site was between 30 seconds and 2 minutes. For me, that was unusual. I think maybe someone found my blog and shared the link with other people. Besides that, my blog was also visited from Germany (Saxony) and the Netherlands (Drenthe). I often see these visitors, and they watch my blog actively. The metric system couldn’t detect their gender. I can’t fully trust it, because maybe someone from my own country is using a VPN. But I’m not sure, because when I tried visiting my blog through a VPN, the system didn’t record my visit.
My morning started with a military letter. Early in the morning, I received another email again. I already wrote about this before, but it happened once more today. The subject and text were the same: I was added to the online military register. This worries me, because the government might restrict my trips abroad or put other sanctions on me.
After my work day, in the evening, I fixed my bike. I installed the broken part easily—it took me only about 20 minutes. Now my bike is as good as new. If the weather is good tomorrow, I plan to go riding near the hill where I broke it. I hope I can ride through that area again.
I also updated my blog pages. I rewrote the text on the “About Me” page, making it more interesting and with more details. On the “Travel Map” page, I added my car and flight routes. Now you can see them and analyze the places I’ve visited. Next time, I already have new interesting ideas for improving this map.
