Today I arrived in Singapore on time. My flight was a little uncomfortable, but overall everything was good. Why was it uncomfortable? Because during the flight our plane had some turbulence. It wasn’t very strong, but I felt it. And about those reviews on Reddit—I can say one thing: they were wrong, because I didn’t see anything true in what people wrote about Viet Air.
Well, what about Singapore?! I really liked it. I can compare it with Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, or Bangkok, but I think Singapore is better than the others. Why better? Because I saw some things here that reminded me of Germany, especially Munich. For example, while I was waiting for the bus to the city, I could follow the timetable on the screen, which showed exactly when the bus would arrive. And all the buses came on time—not early and not late. When the bus arrived, the driver always lowered it for passengers, which made entering easier and more comfortable. The buses were also clean, air-conditioned, and modern. I also noticed that the streets had very little trash and no bad smells. Another thing I really liked is how easy payments are. I could pay directly with my debit card in the metro, buses, and almost anywhere else.
So even though I spent less than one day here, I can already say that I’m ready to return. I don’t know exactly why, but I think it’s because I saw modern technologies, and everything felt clean and comfortable.
