Today is my twentieth day in Da Nang, Vietnam — my apartment host disturbs me every day

Hi, this post is feedback about my apartment. I have already lived here for one week, and every day my apartment host has texted me asking, ‘Do you need to clean your room?’ I already responded that everything is okay and that right now I don’t need my room cleaned, and I asked them not to text me every day. But they keep texting me and asking the same thing over and over. I have no idea why.

The second problem is the hot water. The water isn’t really hot, just a little bit warm. If you touch the water, you can feel it is warm, but when you start washing your body or hair, it feels cold and uncomfortable. So first I need to stand in the shower and get used to it, and only after that can I use the shower comfortably.

I haven’t told my apartment host about this problem yet. I don’t know why, but I think if I tell him, he won’t do anything. Maybe I’ll mention it every day if he continues to disturb me over and over. Also, next time I want to reply to him in his native Vietnamese language — maybe he will understand me better.

These are all the problems in this apartment, and I don’t see any others. I have to live here for another week. The apartment and building location are very convenient — near the apartment there are grocery shops, cafes, and a walking area near the beach.
