Today is my seventeenth day in Da Nang, Vietnam — the first heavy rain

Good morning. Yesterday was the first heavy rain here. It lasted for about 30 minutes. After the rain, I went for a walk — it was approximately 11 PM, if I remember correctly. The air was very fresh, and I noticed a pleasant smell. I don’t remember the last time I experienced that rainy smell; maybe it was in my hometown. I didn’t notice it in Thailand.

For today, I don’t have any special plans except for work. I can only talk about my vacation. For my vacation, I need to work fourteen more days. I think it’s not too many days, and I hope they go by quickly so I can take my vacation.
