Food delivery in Europe

Today I want to make another one post about delivery. I heard and saw many reviews about how delivery works in Europe from other sites. Each review was about how his order was declined, or his order wasn't delivered, or the delivery man couldn't find the apartment and left. And now I think all of these reviews were wrong.
However, when I ordered, everything was good. I ordered food in Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Italy, Germany, and everywhere my order was delivered on time! And I can't remember when the delivery man couldn't deliver my food. I think food delivery in Europe is pretty good, maybe even better than in Russia.
