Interesting story with police officers when I came back home after the birthday event
Today at 6 PM, I left home with my family members and drove to a nearby region for a birthday event. Luckily, everything was fun and enjoyable. There was no tamada, no dancing, no singing, or any other activities that I don't really like. We just spent time around the birthday table, talking, enjoying the meal, and chatting until 11 PM. So I got back home only around midnight.
On the way back, something unexpected and a bit strange happened. I was feeling a bit rash and drove my car as fast as possible. Sometimes I crossed the road's lane markings while taking turns and drove a little in the middle of the road. I also went a bit too fast over the speed bumps. During that time, I noticed one car following me, which felt pretty strange. After about 5–10 minutes, it suddenly turned on its flashing lights, and that's when I realized it had been a police car the whole time.
Of course, I had to pull over to the right side of the road and hand my driver's license to the police officer for a check. Fortunately, everything was okay. He just asked whether I had been drinking and why I had been driving so fast through the turns and over the speed bumps. I explained that I wanted to get home as quickly as possible and that I hadn't exceeded the speed limit. After that, he just smiled and said, "Well, okay, you're from Baltasy. Then your town doesn't have any issues with gas. Good luck getting home."
