Drove to the gas station at 3 AM to refuel my car's tank
This is so crazy: I drove to refuel my car's tank in the middle of the night without any rest or sleep. But I had my reasons, as all the gas stations were crowded and had huge traffic jams during the day whenever fuel was available. So instead of waiting under the hot sun during the day and wasting my time, I had one plan: try to refuel at night. Luckily, it was successful.
However, when I used a special app for fueling with cashback, it notified me about some restrictions. According to the app, I could get only about 30 liters of fuel, as that was the maximum limit within 24 hours at our local Tatneft gas station. If I used the cash desk instead, though, I think I could get more than 30 liters because they probably wouldn't be able to check how many liters I had already bought. Still, I didn't have any reason to get more fuel than my car's tank could hold, so that limit was more than enough for me.
Also, when I arrived at the gas station, there were already about 10 cars in front of me, but everything moved surprisingly quickly. I waited for no more than 10 minutes before leaving with a full tank. I had actually expected a much longer wait, especially after what I had seen the day before. When I visited Kazan and drove back, I noticed huge traffic jams around gas stations along the highway. There were so many people waiting for hours under the hot sun just to refuel their cars.
