Today I had a calm workday without any unexpected things, and in the evening I enjoyed driving my car

After work, I had a great opportunity to drive my car across my district and visit a village near my city. Luckily, it wasn’t a long trip, and in total it took about twenty minutes both ways. But it was really enjoyable, even though the distance was short. Especially for me, since I really love driving. And the weather felt specially made for car rides — it played the main role in the whole experience. During the drive, I even noticed that the car didn’t feel like it was driving. On the contrary, it felt like it was flying above the road, bringing comfortable feelings without any extraneous noises.

Still, I didn’t miss my bike ride, and I had enough time before darkness. So I completed my new habit: riding my bike around my neighborhood every evening for 10 kilometers. Of course, 10 kilometers is good, but I need to change my daily routine a little and start my day with a bike ride instead. That way, I can have enough time to ride 10 kilometers, and it should bring energy to my day. Then, in the evening, I’d like to finish with a walk and lose as many calories as possible. In my opinion, that should be an ideal routine that brings maximum efficiency.
