The day started off rainy, but by the time it was winding down, a rainbow showed up—kind of a quiet payoff after all that gray
Overall, it was a pretty calm, uneventful day. The only real “update” was a Google Meet notification saying the CEO had shifted our meeting time. The new slot cuts right into my lunch, which isn’t ideal—but honestly, not a big deal, I can move things around. What I’m actually more curious about is the meeting itself. Last time, I was really tuned into the company updates—especially the financial side and how our department’s been performing. I have a feeling tomorrow’s session might zoom in just on our team, which could be interesting.
Aside from that, I just went through my usual work routine. Every now and then, though, I’d pause and watch the rain tapping against the rooftops, that steady, almost hypnotic sound filling the background. The whole scene outside had this muted, autumn-like mood that pulled me back to memories of past fall days. People were hurrying along the streets, carefully stepping around puddles, while I stayed inside, taking it slow and just enjoying the view from my window.
The day was rainy, but the rainbow appeared in the sky closer to the end of the day
My day was quite calm, and I had nothing unusual or interesting. I only got a notification from Google Meet that the CEO changed our meeting time. Now, the new time is a bit inconvenient for me because it intersects with my lunch. Well, okay, it's not a problem, I can move my lunch easily. But I have much more interesting things about our meeting, and last time I was curious about company news. Especially about the economic part and about our department's success. I think tomorrow our meeting will be dedicated just to our department only.
During the day I just did my regular work routine. But, from time to time, I watched how the droplets beat the roofs and listened to the loud sounds of rain. The gray and rainy outside made everything like an autumn day that reminded me of my previous autumn days. People also walked hurried steps around the puddles. But I was at home and slowly enjoyed the view out of the window.
