I visited Namsan Seoul Tower and Lotte World Tower, and it was honestly an incredible experience

My morning was as usual — I slept until 11 am again and basically skipped the first part of the day. But the weather in the morning was quite cloudy, so I don’t think I really missed anything important. When I finally started the second part of my day, the weather had changed completely — it became much sunnier and more pleasant for a walk. It felt like a positive sign to finally start my day and explore new places in this unfamiliar city. To be honest, the whole day felt very long in a good way. I started my walk at 1 PM and finished it only at 9:30 PM. Even though I didn’t have time for dinner during the walk, I just ate after I returned to my accommodation.

The view over the city from Namsan Seoul Tower was gorgeous. It was one of the best things I’ve seen on this trip

I also met two Korean people who were very curious about me and my culture, and once again I had a full conversation in English with them. About one of them, I want to say a few more words. He knew a bit of Russian, and his Russian honestly wasn’t bad. His accent was quite solid and easy to understand. I only noticed the difference when he said the phrase “I’m Russian” in Russian. Even though he tried to sound natural, small mistakes revealed the truth, and he didn’t hide that he had learned the language.

Our conversation was really fascinating and informative. We mostly talked about my Tatar culture, which they were hearing about for the first time. It felt really cool to explain it in real time. Now I understand that I need to put in even more effort, because being able to hold and maintain conversations like this — especially in English — is something I really enjoy.

I visited Namsan Seoul Tower and Lotte World Tower. It was incredibly iconic views of the city and other interesting moments that made my day unbelievable

My morning was as usual, I slept until 11 am again and skipped my first part of the day. But the weather in the morning was a bit cloudy, so I don't think I skipped something important during the morning. However, when I started my second part of the day, the weather was much sunnier and more pleasant for a walk. Of course it was just a positive sign for me to start my new day and explore new places in this strange city. To be honest, my day was unbelievable and so long. I started my walk at 1 PM and finished it only at 9:30 PM. Even though I couldn't find free time for a dinner, as a result I had my dinner when I arrived at my accommodations.

Also, I met two Korean people who were very curious about me and about my culture, and it was another full English conversation with them. So about one of them I need to say a few words, because he knew Russian a little bit, and his Russian wasn't bad. His accent also was very solid and understandable. I noticed it only when he pronounced the phrase "I'm Russian" in the Russian language. Even though in front of me was a Russian citizen, but his mistakes betrayed his truthfulness, because he made simple mistakes, and he himself also didn't hide that he learned Russian.

Honestly, our conversation was fascinating and informative. We talked mostly about my Tatar culture, and it was fascinating for them, they heard about it for the first time. Now I need to make much more of an effort, because it's really cool when you, in real time, can provide and maintain conversation, especially in English.
