Last night was pretty bad. I came down with something, and I’m still not sure what exactly happened

Yesterday evening didn’t go well. I actually have two possible explanations for why I got sick. First, it could have been food poisoning. Second, it might just be the flu. I suspect food poisoning because during dinner I ate some seaweed that wasn’t very fresh. I had opened it on Tuesday and didn’t finish it at the time. Later, after my evening walk, I came back home and decided to drink some water and have a few cookies. One of the cookies tasted slightly strange. It wasn’t terrible, just a bit different from the first one. I didn’t pay much attention to it and continued eating.

Today I spent the whole day and evening at home. Here’s another photo from one of my previous walks. This is the main street in the city, and it’s full of shops and different buildings. After the most recent snowfall, there was snow everywhere, which made the street look especially beautiful

After finishing my evening routine, I started to feel that something was wrong. A headache began to develop, but it wasn’t a typical one. I could feel it gradually getting stronger. My pulse stayed around 95 beats per minute, which made me think my blood pressure might have been high. Along with that, I experienced chills and general discomfort.

These symptoms continued until around 3 a.m. I went to bed at about 11:30 p.m., which is quite early for me, but I felt too weak to stay up. Unfortunately, I kept waking up, turning from side to side, hoping it would help me fall asleep. Overall, I felt so exhausted that I even skipped my English speaking practice and didn’t have enough energy to brush my teeth.

Last night was pretty bad. I got something, and now I'm sick, and I don't know what happened

Yesterday I had a not-good enough night. I hope everything is understandable from the title. In fact, I have some reasons, why it happened. First, it's intoxication, and second, just a flu. Why I think it's intoxication, because during the dinner I ate the seaweed. It wasn't fresh enough, I opened it on Tuesday and couldn't finish it. And the next thing, after my walk. When I came back, I decided to drink some water and try some casual cookies. However, one piece of cookie had some strange taste, and I didn't give it enough attention. Honestly, it wasn't something bad-tasting; it just was a bit different from the first piece

So I continued my meal and did my evening routine. Soon, when I finished, after some time I started feeling something wrong with me. I began to feel a headache, it wasn't a usual headache. I slowly felt how it time to time been stronger. My pulse kept stable at 95 beats, as if my blood pressure was high. Of course, all these unpleasant feelings were accompanied by chills.

All these feelings continued until 3 AM. Because, when I went to bed, the time was around 11:30 PM and it was very early for me. Unfortunately, I was forced to lie on the bed and suffered from thoose awfull feelings. I also woke up multiple times and turned over in different directions. I just hoped it could help me fall asleep. Overall, I skipped my English speaking exercise, and even I didn't have enough power to brush my teeth.
