My New Year weekend has been going well. I’ve already finished some of my plans
Today in the evening, I tried to repeat my path from yesterday. Unfortunately, I couldn’t repeat my whole path because the pedestrian area was covered with snow after the blizzard. However, I managed to walk halfway to Sabantuy Park and then was forced to return to the embankment. The embankment was also covered with snow, and it hadn’t been removed yet. Because of that, walking was a bit challenging and uncomfortable. I quickly walked along the road and went toward the city center.
When I reached the city center, I noticed how lively everything was. People were slowly walking around the uncleaned areas and laughing loudly, especially young people, all along the street. Some people with kids were swinging on the swings. All of this created a very strong positive mood after the blizzard. Now the weather is pretty good — the temperature is −3 degrees. It’s just a perfect time to go for a walk.
During the day, I watched two Harry Potter movies: The Prisoner of Azkaban and The Goblet of Fire. It was very interesting, and I was deeply involved in the movies. I even watched them in the original language, without subtitles. Besides the movies, I watched my favorite show, Good Morning America, on YouTube, as well as some random videos about the latest news in the USA.
I also worked on my blog seriously. I added two new sections: “Photos” and “Videos.” Right now, these sections are empty or even show a “Page not found” error. It’s only for a few days, so I’ll finish everything soon. In the Photos section, I want to share short posts with interesting moments. In the Videos section, I want to publish all my videos from YouTube. However, I still haven’t figured out whether I can get videos from my channel via the API.
Overall, I’ve been continuing my New Year weekend. Until January 5th, I’ve stayed at home and just rested. Tomorrow, I’ll have a small trip to a village and spend the day there. I honestly don’t remember the last time I visited my relatives there. Right now, I just hope the village roads are clean so I can drive without any worries.

These are very typical non-native patterns — totally normal.
