I liked this quiet workday, and the weather was just awesome
The weather was so lovely because the sun had been shining since morning, and the sky was so clear. Today I woke up a bit late — at 9 AM. At that time, I should have started working, but by the time I finished my morning routine, it was already close to my first meeting. Honestly, I was only 2–3 minutes late, and a few colleagues joined after me, so I wasn’t the last to connect. Those who joined earlier were just discussing everyday worries and world news. However, after a few minutes, once everyone was connected, we talked about our tasks and some issues for around fifteen to twenty minutes.
After our morning meeting, I had another one with our CEO. It started around 11 AM and lasted until 12 PM. However, I had some troubles with Google Meet because last time something happened with my VPN, and some foreign services were working a bit unstable. Therefore, during this meeting, I missed some moments and didn’t fully understand what they were talking about. If they had asked me anything, I don’t think I could have understood or responded. Fortunately, nobody asked, which made me happy. I could have explained my connection troubles, but I preferred to keep it to myself and just try my luck.
After all my meetings, I worked on some simple tasks and was able to finish them without any problems or worries. They were very understandable and easy to complete, but even so, they still required my full attention and accuracy. Therefore, I tried to complete them as well and successfully as possible.
Another important thing happened today: nobody disturbed me like yesterday. The whole day was extremely quiet. I was a bit surprised and very happy. So even though I overslept a little, was late, and had some Google Meet issues, this day turned out to be really good and put me in a happy mood for the whole day.
