When I got up, I didn’t have much time to get ready for work. I quickly brushed my teeth and washed my face because I was already a little bit late. I only had 10–15 minutes before work started, so my morning was super rushed. I couldn’t even eat breakfast. I just drank some filtered water with lemon and tried a small piece of waffle. I also couldn’t watch my daily show “Good Morning America”, which I usually watch every day during breakfast. This happened because last night I spent the whole night learning the Google Maps API, trying to figure out how to draw my flights. Luckily, everything was successful—I finally understood it, and soon I’ll update my map and show all my flights.
Today I had two meetings. The first was our daily meeting with the team lead and department, and the second was with our CEO. Honestly, I can’t say I enjoyed these meetings. I felt like I wasted a lot of time just listening to my colleagues. Some of the information wasn’t very useful for me. The first meeting was as usual but delayed by 40 minutes. The second meeting with the CEO was delayed by more than an hour, and some unclear situations happened there. The CEO started asking my colleague, “What did you do the whole week? I don’t see results.” It’s honestly hard to explain everything, because sometimes the tasks are very difficult, and it takes a long time to understand them and find the right solutions.
