Today is my thirty-fifth day in Thailand — it’s Sunday, and the weather is sunny

Good afternoon, my subscribers and readers. A month ago — or a little less — I decided to stop reading news in Russian. Now I read and listen to news only from English Telegram or YouTube channels.

Why did I do it? Because I want to minimize my contact with the Russian language. I think it’s a very useful step for learning English. If I spend the whole day listening to, reading, seeing, and hearing only English words and sounds, it will be a great step forward.

However, now I don’t know what’s happening in my hometown. But I’ve thought about it, and I decided that English is more important for me. Most of my Russian language contact now comes from my work. At the moment, I can’t do anything about that.
