Today is my thirty-third day in Thailand — I made big mistake
Good morning. Yesterday was a very busy day, and I made big mistake with my bank account. I think this mistake is very serious because my foreign bank might tell me to come back there for a refund.
I’ll try to describe what happened. First, I have a foreign bank account, and second, my foreign bank decided to change his name. I don’t know why, but the bank changed it. When I decided to send money from my Russian account, I chose my main template for sending money abroad. This template had the old bank name, and I automatically clicked the send button.
Now all the money has left my Russian bank account but still hasn’t arrived in my foreign bank account. I think this happened because I used the wrong bank details. If you ask why the bank name is so important — when we send money to another country, we always need to use the correct bank details.
Today I’ll try to call my bank and ask about the status of my transaction.
